The house sits only 1.5 miles from PV beach, a short drive to Jacksonville Beach, and a 10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic.

In this cozy home you can enjoy a good book, play a board game with the family, play video games, or sit back and watch your favorite movie or show on one of three large TVs. You can also enjoy the quiet backyard under the hanging lights on the comfortable couch, the large outdoor dining table or spacious hammock. Or you can take it up a notch and roast smores by the firepit, sinks some putts on the new putting green and cook a meal on the gas grill. This is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors that are sensitive to loud music so please be kind and respectful. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. Security cameras are located on the front exterior of property for the safety of the guests and the property. Thank you for your understanding.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach that is perfect for walking and biking. A local park and large green space are in the neighborhood right down street! Jacksonville Beach is a short 5 minute drive up A1A and secluded Mickler Beach is just 10 minutes south. The world famous Mayo Clinic is a 15 minute drive east.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house and large backyard. Please park in the driveway as it is spacious and can accommodate up to six cars. Worry free check-in via keyless electronic touchpad (individualized guest codes provided a couple days before check-in).
